Category Manager – PHINIA Inc. – DELPHI brand
Location: Warsaw, Jutrzenki 137 A, building B
Key responsibilities:
Market analysis
- Understand the competitive and market landscape – be the expert on our competition and how they are positioned
- Understand all key market and channel trends and define appropriate penetration strategies to reach end user ensuring high-quality customer journey
- Customer insight and research – be the expert on the customer: who they are, how they buy, key buying criteria and the Delphi share of wallet
- Execute and adapt customer-centric go-to-market strategy within region
- Define and execute action plan to realize sales pipeline opportunities
- Execute market launches of new products, ensuring customer shelf-space wins
- Understand wallet size & share to identify growth opportunities for key customers
- Define and own customer loyalty plans and actions to drive sales growth
- Plan and implement appropriate marketing tactics through the product lifecycle
Category communications
- Lead implementation of category communication & content marketing plans in region
- Create region-specific materials & content specific to increase customer engagement
- Develop promotional plan delivering increased brand awareness & market share growth
- Translate & adapt central communications for maximum effectiveness within region
- Support shows / customer events to build brand awareness and customer intimacy
Financial and market-share growth
- Implementation of the tactics to achieve revenue and profitability results and market share growth for the category
- Understand key financial & economic indicators to drive regional growth
- Define and own the region price position based on market and financial indicators & EMEA price policy
- Lead regional annual price review, NTR pricing & price adjustments
- Implement appropriate sales enablement activities to drive demand, adoption, share-of-wallet gain, and overall success
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to build relationships and influence individuals at all levels of internal and external organisations
- A self-starter, with an ability to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible approach to working under own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak English
- Strong Excel skills
- Analytical skills. Problem solving with a pro-active approach
- Understanding of commercial terms
